ENFiD-Austria Strengthens Regional Solidarity at ENFiD Czech Republic’s D2D 16.0

22 November 2025, Brno, Czech Republic, ENFiD-Austria reaffirmed its strong commitment to supporting ENFiD initiatives across Europe at the 16th Diaspora 2 Dialogue (D2D 16.0) Conference and the “Grand & Glorious” Charity Gala hosted by ENFiD-Czech Republic.

ENFiD-Austria participated actively at the D2D 16.0 discussions and Chairperson Marizel Rojas delivered the closing remarks, lauding the organizers, attendees and sponsors. She also delivered the opening remarks at the Gala Dinner. In her message, she again commended ENFiD-Czech Republic for its exceptional organization and warmly acknowledged the presence of fellow ENFiD representatives from Iceland, Poland and Cyprus, reinforcing the collective strength and unity of ENFiD.

Rojas likewise recognized the invaluable support of Philippine Ambassador to the Czech Republic Eduardo Martin R. Meñez, whose attendance with his wife, Marissa V.Meñez and uplifting speech inspired the community and added significance to the gathering.

Further showcasing its engagement, ENFiD-Austria served on the panel of judges for the inaugural “Filipinsky Idol 2025 singing competition”, where Jenny Fernandez was named the first winner. Rojas congratulated 1st Runner-up, Alvin Tapil, 2nd Runner-up, Martina Louisse Domingo, and all the other contestants who joined the competition.

Through its active presence, leadership, and collaboration, ENFiD-Austria once again demonstrated its steadfast dedication to uplifting ENFiD events and initiatives throughout Europe, strengthening solidarity and shared purpose among Filipinos in the region.
